Hi fellow travellers and scuba divers! I'm Janet, and I can't wait to plan your next trip! I've always been a travel enthusiast. Theme parks (roller coaster anyone?!), beaches, and natural wonders were my favorite as a kid. I still love those things, but in 2010 my husband introduced me to the joy of cruising, and I'm hooked! I love the convenience of being able to see multiple awesome destinations on the same trip, without having to pack or unpack. And don't forget the sounds and views of the ocean, the entertainment, and the unending supply of food! I've cruised to the Caribbean, Alaska, and most recently Europe - all unforgettable trips. Next summer we're taking the cruise of a lifetime in the Galapagos Islands. As huge animal lovers, my husband and I are impatiently counting the days!
A year ago, my husband and I obtained our NAUI Open Water Certification in scuba diving - yes it is possible to get that even in Ohio with no ocean in sight lol. Scuba diving has literally opened up a whole new world! We now have 30 dives under our belts, and are looking forward to travelling to Honduras in February to pursue our Advanced Certification. We have taken scuba-specific trips to the Bahamas and Bonaire, and have been lucky enough to see all kinds of underwater creatures from sharks to octopuses. Recently we have combined our love of scuba diving with our love of cruising on our European Cruise. We went diving from the Costa Brava in Spain and on the beautiful Greek island of Mykonos and had amazing experiences!
